Subscription terms

Pay-per-delivery subscriptions are charged the tier price at the start of each delivery period: every month for monthly plans, every three months for quarterly plans.

Prepaid annual plans are charged once for a full year of deliveries, with a 15% discount applied to the total. The amount charged is shown before you pay.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Prepaid annual memberships renew once a year on the anniversary of your purchase.

You can skip any single delivery, or pause the whole membership, up to 7 days before the shipment date. Skipped deliveries on a prepaid plan are added to the end of your term rather than forfeited.

Cancel online at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep any deliveries already covered by a prepaid term.

We do not require a phone call, an email, or a reason.
